This is less a recipe then it is a really awesome technique. Roasting tomatoes slow and low brings out their natural sweetness. They are amazing eaten as is, added to sandwiches, pizza, salad, etc.
6 roma tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Lay tomatoes out on a baking sheet with the sliced side up. Sprinkle with salt and bake at 200 for 2 hours.
