Roasted brussel sprouts

35 minutes | Serves 6

This is a great recipe/technique to use for a variety of different vegetables. I’ve had success using this exact recipe with broccoli as well as cauliflower.

2 pounds of brussel sprouts
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425. Halve brussel sprouts lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper and mix. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly browned. Remove from oven and add lemon and parmesan cheese. Mix and serve.
