Grilled fish is a healthy and easy dinner option. Cooking fish on the grill makes it taste great, prevents the lingering stench in the house, and minimizes dishes.
2 filets of salmon roughly about 6 ounces
1 tablespoon of agave syrup
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt and pepper
In a container, mix all ingredients before placing salmon on top. Shake it up a little so the marinade spreads. Refrigerate and let fish marinate at least an hour. About 15-30 minutes before ready to cook, let sit out at room temperature. Then place fish on tin foil skin side up. Grill over low direct heat for 15 minutes.
