Grilled pork tenderloin with fig reduction

This is a marinade works great with fish, chicken, or pork. You really can’t go wrong with this combo, we love it every time.

Marinade:
1/3 cup balsamic
1/2 cup oilive oil
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup brown mustard
Reductions:
3 dried figs, chopped
1/2 cup of beef broth
1/2 tablespoon of butter

Allow pork to marinade for at least 1 hour. Preheat grill to high medium heat. Remove pork and begin grilling, 15-20 minutes per side. In the meantime, begin cooking the figs in broth for 10 minutes on medium heat. Use immersion blender to puree. Add butter and allow to cook another minute. When pork is cooked, remove from grill and cover it with foil. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Serve fig reduction over pork.
