Goat cheese roll

5 minutes| Serves 6

This appetizer is seriously addictive. It’s so easy to whip up, yet so hard to stay away.

1 7 oz log of goat cheese
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of chives or green onion, diced
1/4 cup of soy sauce

Plate goat cheese in a serving dish with a little bit of a lip (to hold in soy sauce). Toast sesame seed in sauce pan for 5 minutes, stirring often, until nutty brown. Spread seeds onto cheese using finger. Top with soy sauce and chives and serve with crackers or fresh bread.
