Cantaloupe caprese

10 minutes | Serves 4

I got inspired and made this dish up today. I’m super excited about the combination of these fresh ingredients. Now I want to make a caprese out of everything:)

Ingredients
1 small cantaloupe, rind and seeds removed, sliced into chunks.
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of fresh basil, coarsly chopped
2 tablespoons of Italian feta chesse (or the best quality feta you find)

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together and stir. Serve as a side or as an appetizer with toasted bread.
